Another Eggy Breaky


I am serious about this poached egg business. Okay… not really but I have been lovin’ it! 

Side note: one egg always looks better… sigh. 

Still not the best at making poached eggs. 

Today’s breakfast:

  • Toast
  • Mozzarella cheese (supposed to be fresh but obviously improvised with the shredded)
  • Garlic powder to sprinkle on the tomatoes while they cooked on the stove. 
  • Salt & pepper
  • One has sriracha
